Processing time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During high-volume periods (product launches, holidays, sales), processing may take up to 5–7 business days. We'll note any delays on our website and social channels.

Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed. Actual transit times may vary based on carrier volume and your location.

Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within your processing window, check your spam folder or contact us.
Hot weather & temperature-sensitive shipping
Tallow creams are a natural product and can soften or melt in heat. During warmer months (roughly May through September), we recommend choosing Priority Mail to minimize transit time. If your product arrives melted, let it cool to room temperature and it will re-solidify — this does not affect quality or efficacy. We are not responsible for melting due to heat exposure during transit or after delivery.
Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or packages marked delivered but not received. That said, we want to help.
- Check with neighbors and your building's mail area first
- Contact your local USPS facility with your tracking number
- If still unresolved after 7 days, reach out to us — we'll do our best to assist
