Nearly a decade ago, what began as a deeply personal journey, crafting small batches of skincare at home, searching for something purer, more intentional — grew into something we felt called to share. The name Allura Ancestra reflects exactly who we are: the allure of beauty rooted in ancestry, in tradition, in the hands that came before ours.

At the heart of our formulations is grass-fed, grass-finished beef tallow, sourced exclusively from our trusted partners at a family-run Amish farm in Pennsylvania. Their animals are raised with care, on pasture — the way nature intended — and that integrity carries all the way into our jars.

Our tallow undergoes a meticulous slow rendering process, both wet and dry, repeated six times in small batches. It is never deodorized, never bleached, never synthetically modified. What remains is tallow in its most honest, nutrient-rich form: exactly as it should be.

From there, every product is handcrafted in small batches using only the finest sourced ingredients — organic wherever we can find them.
