Because our products are handcrafted in small batches and applied to skin, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items. We stand fully behind the quality of every product we make — please read below for how we make it right if something goes wrong.
Satisfaction guarantee
We want you to love your order. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll work with you to find a resolution — whether that's a replacement, store credit, or a refund.
What we accept
- Eligible - Damaged, defective, or incorrect items — regardless of whether they've been opened
- Not eligible - Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Not eligible - Returns initiated more than 14 days after delivery confirmation
- Not eligible - Sale or discounted items (all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged)
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or we sent the wrong item, we sincerely apologize. Please reach out to us at Beauty@AlluraAncestra.com within 3 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damage or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
We'll send a replacement.
How to start a return
Email us at Beauty@AlluraAncestra.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship anything back before contacting us — unapproved returns cannot be processed.
Once approved, we'll provide a return shipping address. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the credit.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
A note on natural products
Our tallow creams are made with natural, minimally processed ingredients. Slight variation in color, texture, or scent between batches is normal and not a defect. Because we use no synthetic stabilizers, product consistency can vary with temperature — this does not affect quality or safety. If you have questions about what's normal, don't hesitate to reach out before initiating a return.
